Grassroots Lending

Incorporated in January 2003 by it's founder Steve Kurylo, Magnum Mortgage was created as a vehicle to invest short term private funds with high interest bearing investment returns secured by residential mortgages on real estate in Alberta. Originally dealing exclusively with second mortgage positions, Magnum has grown to provide first mortgage funds which further strengthened it’s portfolio. With a strong partnership of mortgage brokers, Magnum’s highly experienced management team is able to fund and administer mortgage investment products, providing handsome and reliable returns to our investment clients.
