Q. Can Magnum provide construction financing for raw land?

Q. Can Magnum lend with a mobile home, RV, boat etc. used as security?

No. Magnum is a real estate equity lender and can only secure real (title) property in Alberta.

Q. My client has little or no equity but a reasonable plan, is there any hope?

Sure but, additional security may be necessary. Does the client own other property or have a relative with equity who is willing to co-sign?

Q. Can you help my client who is in foreclosure?

Yes. If your client has fallen behind to the point he cannot catch up, but still retains equity in the property we may be able to help. By paying arrears the homeowner can delay a foreclosure sale and allow for a normal market sale.
